Qualifications

I have a PhD from Unviersidad de Cádiz (2013) on model-driven engineering methods for designing performance tests for Web Service compositions. I also hold a PGCert certification for HE teaching in the UK.

Career

I started in July 2022 as a Lecturer in Software Engineering at the Department of Computer Science of the University of York, as part of the Automated Software Engineering group. Before this, I was Lecturer in Computer Science at Aston University from July 2016 to June 2022, and also Technical Director at Beautiful Canoe from June 2018 until June 2022.

Further before that, I have had postdocs on business intelligence for higher education institutions at the Universidad de Cádiz (January 2014 - May 2015), and on scalable model management at the University of York (June 2015 - April 2016).
