Language Vulnerabilities - Let's not forget Concurrency

Recent activities, within the auspices of ISO, have focused on the potential vulnerabilities of programming languages in use in high integrity applications. A draft technical report has been produced that unfortunately contains little on the subject of concurrent language features. And yet concurrency is a significant issue in the design and implementation of many systems.
